Interests
Ben grew up in Virginia Beach, graduating from Kempsville High School where he developed a love for community service. Before becoming an attorney he worked in politics as a political campaign coordinator, campaign manager, and a statewide (Wisconsin) operations director.
In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with friends and family, hanging out with his dog, and painting.

Nicholas Drumm – Legal Assistant (Nick)
Nicholas (Nick) Drumm is the Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Michael J. Heath, d/b/a Heath Legal Solutions.
He manages our day-to-day client scheduling, communication, case file preparation, and organization.
Nick is a Virginia Beach native, graduating from Floyd E. Kellam High School, and most recently a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
He plans on furthering his education and applying to law school in the near future.
